We enjoyed the exclusivity of this hotel, un-crowded pool, friendly staff, and its location overlooking the Sierra Madre mountain range, made it perfect for a quick getaway. The casino was also a great addition, and we had fun trying our luck here.

Noisy and dirty restaurant.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. I was impressed with the value for money that the hotel offered. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and I particularly appreciated the rooms with balconies, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. In the mornings, I also had a delightful breakfast at the Olives restaurant, which offered a variety of delicious options to start my day.

My experience at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no major issues that I believe could be improved.

Peaceful Getaway in a Serene Location

During my recent stay at Thunderbird Resorts, I had the pleasure of experiencing the tranquility of this serene retreat. The infinity pool, with its amazing view of Laguna de Bay, provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The spacious rooms, which comfortably accommodated my family of four, allowed for a restful night's sleep.

Although there were a few areas for improvement, such as some outdated bathroom fixtures and a noisy toilet flush, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience. the food options could be expanded to provide more variety, and some improvements could be made in terms of the hotel's pricing and taxes.

This hotel is located in a beautiful open area, close to the city center. It's a great place if you enjoy gambling, with an on-site casino. the restaurant is dirty and the food is below average. the rooms are basic but clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. the bathroom is small and old, with low water pressure. the staff is friendly but not always helpful. the breakfast is average, with limited options.
